Five Step Tile and Grout Cleaning Process
- Tile Assessment
Before we start to clean your floors we will identify the type of tile, it’s material, and porosity (how porous/absorbent your tiles are) to determine the most suitable cleaning solution. - Tile and Clean and Scrub
Your tiles are deep cleaned with a nontoxic cleaning solution which is scrubbed deep into the tiles and grout using a rotary scrubber. The deep cleaning solution is left to ‘dwell’ in the pores of the tile and grout to gently loosen and release ground in dirt and grime. - Grout Clean
Each grout line is then manually cleaned with a specialist brush to agitate the deep cleaning solution which breaks up and dissolves the dirt and grime. - Dirt Extraction
To complete our cleaning process, we isolate and remove the dirt with a high-tech steam extraction system. Steam extraction combines the power of heat, pressure and suction to create a steam vortex which lifts and extracts the dirt from the tiles and grout and discharges it into a special extraction tank. The heat from the steam kills any bacteria and germs leaving the floor sanitised and refreshed. - Buff and Finish
